WILDERNESS VOICE: Are “We The Other People” just TRESPASSING IMMIGRANT GRUNTS

Are “We The Other People” just TRESPASSING IMMIGRANT GRUNTS

Pigs grunt, eat whatever is put in their troves, and because their skins are too thin and sensitive play in the mud. If we were to only STOP THE FINGER POINTING and take time to read between “The Constitutional Lines,” understanding the implications, Article 1 becomes key. What we already know deep down should be free of the misleading bitterness, anger, and hate to stand side by side and conclude: How Sad! We, not they/them, have been doing it to ourselves all along. And it’s not out of ignorance but the desire to trust the God-sent command of loving thy neighbor and the courageous will to extend a helping hand of friendship to those in need.

Starting with “THE NATIVE INDIGINOUS NATIONS OF ALREADY ENLIGHTENED BUT HUMBLE PEOPLE” throughout the world onto the “STILL HOPE FILLED WORKING CLASS” of today: Like wolves in sheep clothing; like termites in the dark silently burrowing their way to weaken the structural foundations of communities ALREADY safe and strong; “they/them” continue to come bearing trinket gifts like the trojan horse left on peaceful shores with inevitable death and destruction hid within. Note: Not all that glitters is gold. But it was for the promise of silver and gold that they/them, first wave immigrants came. It was for freedom to think, choose and worship that they/them, second wave immigrants came. It was to assure the growing imperial competition for economic extraction remained selectively domestic that they/them, third wave immigrants came to write a declaration for separation and a flexible constitution for the conditional use of future fourth wave immigrants that continue to come hoping to be part of THE AMERICAN DREAM!

Yes! That dream continues to be promoted as an invitation to a land of opportunity offering milk and honey.  But in truth it’s always been a recruitment package without inclusion. And it was the third wave immigrants that not only clearly etched the matter in stone within Article 1 of the Constitution but through Amendments, Doctrines and Acts eternalized it. It used first wave immigrants as front line expendable grunts to establish military outposts, agricultural land and strategic ports for trade monopolies. It used second wave immigrants to create independent utopian type communities that fostered literacy, a sense of conscience, and the right to question the authority of hierarchy. Thus, with the quest for empire, wealth, and global trade well underway, the cultural background of the Reformation era prepared the soil that made the seeds of Enlightenment politics possible: A three-branch system of checks and balances offering periodic changes in command with party alternatives that in truth continues to keep third wave immigrant ideology well insulated and disguised. Hence, from the start of fourth wave immigrants onto present date, the “We The People” have been an elite of “Borderless White Male Property‑Owning Immigrants, now citizens economically managing the political arena from outside while keeping everyone else battling each other on the inside.

How Sad indeed it is! Under the guise of Republicans and Democrats, “We The Other People” continue pushing two sides of the same selectively exclusive coin through a single-minded slot machine intended to house large profits for the few while occasionally paying out some compensatory trinkets for the cooperating many.

The fracture being witnessed in recent developments around immigration is not isolated or new. It’s the organizing principle of a system that has long functioned less as a democratic identity and more as a management scheme controlled by those with political and economic power to temporarily address periodic shortages in labor and technology throughout the entire American story. So, we can continue to grunt like sensitive thin-skinned pigs playing in the mud while waiting to eat whatever leftovers get thrown into our troves or become like eagles braving the heights to do what we already deep down know: Beyond the centralizing enterprise, there are alternative possibilities within horizons new. And WE, "The Other People” are more than just TRESPASSING IMMIGRANT GRUNTS.
